Day 10 – The Gift of Priests | August 29, 2020
At NET Fall Training, we are blessed to have priests with us every day. They play an important role during training by providing pastoral care to our missionaries and bringing us the gift of the sacraments, including Reconciliation and Daily Mass. While this year, for the sake of our safety protocols, we have less visiting priests at training this year, most of the priests in attendance are also former NET Missionaries. One such priest is Fr. Emmanuel Mansford, CFR, who is currently living in NYC. At one point, New York City was the hotspot of COVID-19 in our country. Fr. Emmanuel speaks first hand about what it’s like to minister to people during a pandemic and why he’s encouraged by the new NET Missionaries.
